About B&T Hospitality Management:
B&T Hospitality Management is a hotel management company located in Idaho Falls, Idaho that develops, acquires and operates hotels. It is a partnership between Ball Ventures, LLC and Rusty Townsend.
Ball Ventures has been engaged in a wide variety of businesses, including health care, manufacturing, farming, and real estate. Over 50 percent of their activities are centered on real estate transactions. Allen Ball is the owner of Ball Ventures and has managed and participated in numerous businesses. Cortney Liddiard, CPA is the Chief Executive Officer of Ball Ventures. He received his master's degree in accounting from Utah State University. His areas of expertise are in real estate finance development and taxation.
Rusty Townsend received a bachelor's degree from UNLV in hotel/restaurant management and has been working in the hotel industry since 1983. He has experience in all aspects of hotel operations including development, management, takeover, receivership, and selling of hotel properties. Rusty's philosophy is "to care of your staff and they will take care of you and your hotels." Rusty has worked with some of his staff for over 25 years.
